Shipping Policy

For Austria, Australia, Czechia, Germany, United Kingdom, Georgia, Mexico, New Zealand, United States

99% of orders ship out the in 3-4 days as orders are placed. Bushcrafter knife offers free shipping to all USA orders over $300.00 or greater. We offer a wide variety of shipping options to best fit your needs.

We charge flat shipping charges $20.00.

For Kitchen knives, we charge flat shipping charges $30.00

Note:  In case of remote area shipping we will ask you for additional 30.00$ surcharge. 

 (Package will be delivered within 4-5 business days once shipped from our warehouse, excluding holidays)

Return and Refund Policy:

Customers will be Refunded within 30 days after receiving returns. In the event you are unhappy with an item you ordered please call us within 30 days of delivery to receive a return and return shipping instructions. Returns must be received within 30 days from the time you contact us.

Also we do accept exchanges.

The following terms and conditions apply:

1) All items must be factory new, unused, and in their original box with all factory paperwork included.

2) Shipping is refundable if defective or damaged during shipping.

3) Do not ship items back in a padded envelope as the box may be easily crushed or damaged.

4) We ask that you keep a record of the return tracking number.

5.) PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE PRODUCT BOXES OR PUT TAPE ON THEM, this causes damage to the box.

6.) All engraved items can not be returned.

7.) If you have received a promotional item (Bonus Buy, Gift Card, etc) with your purchase. You are more than welcome to send your product back for a refund or exchange. If you choose a refund, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund total amount. If you choose to exchange your product for another item that does not qualify for the promotional item, you will be charged for the value of the promotional item. If you have any questions or concerns about the promotional items return and exchange, please feel free to contact us regarding this matter.

8.) Items that are returned incomplete will not be refunded, until we receive everything back. 

9.) Items returned for a refund must be in its original, new and unused condition.  Additionally all original manufacturer packaging materials must be returned. Returned merchandise not meeting these conditions are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.

10.) If your merchandise is defective, it will be refunded or replaced during the first 30 days after invoice date on unused items ONLY. After that time period, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly for any defects covered by their warranty.

12.) If we ship you the wrong item, we will make it right and cover any additional shipping expenses you incur.

Abuse of the return policy

Returns are a costly service for us to provide, however we are happy to meet the needs of our customers. If you abuse the return policy, you will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee. An example of abusing the return policy might be the habitual return of items.
